The institution applying for registration must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
CEITRC reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or cancel any registration without prior notice if any information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
Registration with CEITRC does not grant ownership, partnership, or franchise rights unless specifically mentioned in a separate written agreement.
The registered center agrees to follow all CEITRC guidelines, policies, examination procedures, and operational instructions issued from time to time.
The center shall maintain ethical educational practices and shall not engage in activities that may harm the reputation of CEITRC.
All fees paid towards registration, certification, events, examinations, or other services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by CEITRC.
The center is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of its login credentials, passwords, and account information.
CEITRC reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program, examination, scholarship, certification, or service without prior notice.
The registered center shall obtain all necessary permissions, licenses, and approvals required under applicable laws and regulations.
CEITRC may use the registered center's name, logo, photographs, and basic information for promotional, academic, and administrative purposes.
Any misuse of CEITRC's name, logo, certificates, trademarks, study materials, or intellectual property may result in immediate termination of registration and legal action.
The center agrees to cooperate with CEITRC during audits, inspections, verifications, and quality assurance activities.
CEITRC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from participation in its programs or services.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts as determined by CEITRC's registered office location.
