COURSE DESCRIPTION

Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) is a postgraduate Human Resource Management course. Human Resource Management (HRM) is the strategic approach to the management of an organization’s most valued assets such as the people working there, who individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the business. Admission to these programs will be based on an aptitude test, GD and interview. The duration of the course is one year but it may be more or less than this depending on different institutions’ guidelines. The course is career orienting in nature that opens many opportunities in different fields.
